Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples, an American singer and actress. Her best-recognition was for her roles in Nashville in the 2012 drama in which she played Layla Grant. She also received the award for Sharknado 2013 where she was Claudia Shepard. She also had the role of the title character in the feature film Jem and the Holograms, (2015). Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. Her younger sister is Ally. Aubrey was a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre during her childhood. Her speech was the valedictory for her class at Lake Mary Preparatory School. Harvard University had accepted her. But, they had to agree to her admission two times so that she could play the part of Nashville. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). She appeared in made for TV films Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. She played Layla Grant, a major character in the Nashville second season of the drama. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview she gave the magazine NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples at the end of September as among the nation's top young actors.
